This course teaches best practices in customer service, communication, and strategies to overcome business challenges. 

Students will learn how to effectively manage resources and schedules while improving their digital literacy and numeracy skills. This course also develops critical thinking and business operations and covers important topics such as sustainability, inclusivity, well-being, and safety. Designed to meet the specific needs of the North West region, students completing this Qualification as part of a Traineeship will apply their skills in the workplace, while others will learn in a simulated online environment.
