Your certificate is sent to the address you have listed with us in your student contact details approximately 30 days after your last result. To update your mailing address, you should log in to Student Portal and update your contact details.
After that date, you should check your ordinary mail address for delivery. No digital copies of records may be issued.
If you would like a reprint, complete our form below. Our academic records team will ensure you are entitled to the certificate or record of results you are claiming, then will confirm any fees that may be payable. No digital copies of records may be issued.
Have you checked your Student Portal? Enrolled students can obtain free copies of results via their login.
The online Unique Student Identifier (USI) will provide you with Authenticated Vocational Education and Training (VET) Transcripts of all records held in the National VET Provider Collection for training undertaken from 1 January 2015. To access these records please visit the Student Login at usi.gov.au.
