BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business

The Certificate IV in Business has been designed to prepare you for the adaptability and innovation required to succeed in a variety of business and corporate careers including office management, marketing and customer service.
This course is low fee* for residents of Western Australia and temporary residents holding certain visa types. An annual fee cap of $400 for those aged 15-24 or concession holders or $1,200 for everyone else, applies to this course. Some eligibility conditions apply for the low fee training and other fees may apply for some courses. Please refer to the FAQs for more information.

In response to industry needs, this course focuses on transferrable skills in reading, writing and communication, as well as operating efficiently in a digital environment.
This course covers digital communication and report-writing, operational planning and problem-solving, business networking, self-management, leadership and workplace health and safety.
If you are completing this course as part of a traineeship, you will put your skills into practice in the workplace while learning. Those without a workplace will learn within a simulated virtual online environment.
