This course focuses on communication, customer service, problem-solving, digital technology, and workplace health and safety—perfect for those starting their career journey or looking to enhance their employability skills. 

This Qualification is ideal for individuals who are not yet part of the workforce and wish to acquire the essential skills needed for entry-level roles such as clerical worker, administration assistant, office junior, receptionist or data entry operator
