This Qualification provides students with foundational knowledge of the tourism industry, preparing them for work as tourism service attendants across a range of organisations, such as travel agencies, tour companies, hotels and resorts, and museums.

Throughout this course, students will learn how to source and use information about the tourism industry, provide a high level of customer service, respect and display social and cultural sensitivity, and participate in safe work practices.

This is an entry-level course designed to deliver fundamental tourism skills that students can use as a pathway into the local tourism and hospitality industry.
