Duration 6 Months
Throughout this course, students will learn how to plan and organise work, carry out measurements and calculations and also learn about WHS requirements, policies and procedures relevant to the construction industry.

- Use of carpentry tools
- Estimations and costings
- Roof work
- Levelling
- Demolitions
- You are looking to gain employment in the construction industry
- You are interested in an apprenticeship in the future
On Campus (Broome campus only)
This course is offered through face-to-face delivery in 16 weeks of five days a week.
Traineeship
This course is offered through on the job training delivered in eight blocks of one week each. The blocks are five days a week.
To complete a traineeship you are required to complete on the job training in the workplace.
Not all units and study modes are offered at all campuses. Please check with your local campus.
