Congratulations to our Community Services Lecturer, Rebecca Neumann, who has been awarded WA Trainer of the Year at the 2026 Western Australian Training Awards!
Working across regional and remote Western Australia, Rebecca has been recognised for her commitment to culturally responsive, culturally safe and trauma-informed education, helping students build skills, confidence and meaningful careers within their communities.
This achievement marks an incredible milestone for North Regional TAFE, with our educators receiving the WA Trainer of the Year award two years in a row, following Early Childhood Education and Care Lecturer Chanelle (Nel) Williams’ win in 2025.
Rebecca received her award from last year’s winner, making the moment even more special.
