This course will take students through the process of safely and confidently learning how to operate tractors both with or without attached equipment. For students looking to upskill or make a fresh start in the agriculture industry, this skill set is for you!

Students completing the IAD29 Operate Tractors Skill Set will learn to:
- Carry out pre-operational checks and maintenance including tagging defects
- Set and secure attachments according to manufacturer's directions
- Operate tractor in a safe and controlled manner
- Implement shut-down procedures
- Store machinery and equipment
- Record maintenance and operation details
On successful completion of this course, students will receive a statement of attainment for the following nationally accredited unit AHCMOM202 Operate Tractors.
