Throughout this course, students will:
- Extend their skills as a musician, both in group and solo settings
- Apply music knowledge and artistic judgement to their work and career
- Manage copyright
- Build their studio and live engineering skills
- Negotiate contracts
- Build sound engineering skills in live and studio settings
- Incorporate music technology into their compositions
- Produce sound recordings
- Build and extend their career in the music industry

- you have some in-depth experience working in an area of specialisation within the music industry. This may include, but is not limited to, musicians, songwriters, sound engineers and artist managers.
- you may have been working in the Music Industry for an extended period of time but are interested in building and maintaining currency and expertise
