- You have 3+ years of office or commercial experience and wish to progress into a team leader, supervisor or general manager role
- You have had some exposure to the supervision of junior staff
- You have previously completed a business qualification and wish to continue your growth in the leadership and management space
This qualification may help you attain roles such as Senior Manager or Department Manager.
