Throughout this course, you will learn how to source and use information on the tourism industry, provide a high level of service to customers, display social and cultural sensitivity and participate in safe work practices.
You will also have the opportunity to specialise in your tourism stream of choice: visitor services, tour guiding or hospitality.
Throughout this course, you will gain skills in:
