Designed for those interested in hands‑on roles within logistics, this course focuses on the day‑to‑day responsibilities that keep goods moving seamlessly through a warehouse environment.
Students will develop confidence in key operational tasks, including stock monitoring, coordinating receivals and dispatch, and completing essential documentation to maintain accurate inventory records.
You’ll also gain practical experience in operating a forklift, handling and shifting materials safely, and understanding the storage and compliance requirements for dangerous goods and hazardous substances.
To support effective workplace performance, the course also covers team communication, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution strategies—providing a strong foundation for anyone starting a career in warehouse or logistics operations.
