This course is low fee* for residents of Western Australia and temporary residents holding certain visa types. An annual fee cap of $400 for those aged 15-24 or concession holders or $1,200 for everyone else, applies to this course. Some eligibility conditions apply for the low fee training and other fees may apply for some courses. Please refer to the FAQs for more information.

Throughout this course, you will learn how to serve alcohol responsibly, provide a high level of food and beverage service, comply with food hygiene standards and provide suitable recommendations to customers.
You will learn how to be a team player, serve food and beverages, operate a bar, and produce cafe-quality espresso coffees. Supported by industry experts who share a passion for the world of hospitality, they are keen to share their skills and knowledge with those progressing in the industry.

Students are required to provide the following for service periods;
Uniform including:
• black pants or skirt or shorts and white neat top
• closed in non-slip shoes
