This skill set contains two units:
CUADES201 Follow a Design Process
Explore the foundations of design thinking, learning how to transform ideas into tangible ceramic forms. From concept to final pieces, you'll develop your own creative workflow and discover how design principles shape artistic outcomes.
BSBCRT201 Develop and Apply Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
cultivate your creative confidence, learning to experiment, adapt, and innovate as you tackle real-world challenges in the studio. Whether you're sculpting vessels, figures, or abstract forms, you'll be encouraged to think outside the box and push the boundaries of traditional ceramics.
By the end of the course, you'll have a portfolio of unique ceramic pieces, a solid grasp of design and problem-solving techniques, and the skills to continue your journey in the ceramic arts. No prior experience needed - just a passion for making and a willingness to explore!
